What we collect

When you enquire or book with us we collect the details you give us — name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country of residence, travel dates and preferences, and, for bookings, passport details required by parks, lodges and airlines. Our website does not require an account.

How we use it

To answer your enquiry, design and deliver your trip, make reservations with lodges, parks and transport providers on your behalf, and contact you before and during travel. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them.

Who we share it with

Only the suppliers needed to run your trip (accommodation, park authorities, airlines, insurers where you request it) and any service providers who process our email or enquiry forms. Each receives only what they need.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept while we correspond with you and for a reasonable period afterwards; booking records are kept for as long as accounting and legal obligations require.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@koritours.co.tz.
